Pawan Helps Anti-Lokesh Group In TDP

A storm of discontent is gathering within the ruling Telugu Desam Party in Andhra Pradesh. Several senior TDP bigwigs like deputy CM KE Krishna Murthy, finance inister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and minister for education Ganta Srinivasa Rao are deeply unhappy with the way CM's son and Minister Lokesh is dealing with party affairs. However, they did not open up all these days because of Chandrababu's vice-like grip on the party.
But Pawan Kalyan's recent comments on Lokesh have come handy for them. Pawan had compared Lokesh with another CM's son KTR. He said while KTR evolved from agitations and movement, Lokesh had none of that. He has been made an MLC and a minister. Pawan asked how can Lokesh become CM.
The senior leaders from the party have picked up cue from Pawan Kalyan's statement and are raising these questions in hushed tones. They are now trying to target Lokesh. For instance, Ganta Srinivasa Rao strongly believes that it was Lokesh who had a survey done claiming that Ganta cannot win form Bhimili. Meanwhile, there are some TDP people who believe that Ganta, who has close relations with Chiru and Pawan, is behind Pawan's statement. KE Krishna Murthy too is upset that he had not been consulted when Lokesh announcd some candidates in Kurnood district. It is being said that on knowing that KE is unhappy, Chandrababu himself tried to pacify him. It also being said that even Yanamala had lodged a protest with Chandrababu over Lokesh Babu's working.
So, Pawan has in a way has helped fuel the dissidence within the TDP.
