Sivakarthikeyan is gearing up for his first straight film which will have a bilingual release.
Sivakarthikeyan joined hands with talented director Anudeep KV, who shot to super fame with comedy entertainer Jathi Ratnalu for a project which is titled 'Prince'. The much-awaited film will be released in Telugu and Tamil. The first look posters of the lead pair were released a few days back and the posters created positive buzz for the film.
The shooting portion of the upcoming bilingual film is going on at a full pace. The makers have opted for a Diwali release. Instead of announcing the release date with a poster, they announced it hilariously.
The makers have released a 3-minute long video that shows director Anudeep and Sivakarthikeyan talking about the release date. Director says multiple languages were used in the video and asks viewers to use the subtitles. Hero says the same in the Tamil language. Then the duo starts pulling the leg of veteran actor Sathyaraj.
While the hero and director talk about the delay and keeps the blame on Sathyaraj, he enters the room. After he joins the conversation, the duo changes the conversation. Sathyaraj and Sivakarthikeyan make fun of Anudeep on how he constantly one word he learned in Tamil. Maria Ryaboshapka also joins them in the conversation.
After having a hilarious conversation, the video ends with the announcement that the bilingual will have a Diwali release. Promotions played a key role in creating positive buzz for Jathi Ratnalu and it looks like Anudeep is following the same for his next big thing Prince.
The upcoming film is being bankrolled by Suniel Narang, along with D. Suresh Babu and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, Suresh Productions, and Shanthi Talkies banners, while Sonali Narang is presenting the film. SS Thaman and Manoj Paramahamsa are taking care of music and cinematography respectively.
