Tej Opening Day: Mega Disappointment

Some people say that there is nothing called 'good time' or 'bad time'. But if you ask the people who are actually going through a bad phase, they will tell you the truth. Mega family hero Sai Dharam Tej is also going through such a rough phase now.
Teju's last five films turned out to be duds at the box office and he has pinned all his hopes on his latest film 'Tej I Love You'. The movie opened to disappointing reviews and average talk. The first day collections are also disappointing. The movie has collected Rs. 1.82 crores first-day share in the Telugu states. The collections of 'Tej I Love You' are less than his last film 'Inttelligent'. It is known that Vinayak directorial 'Inttelligent' is the biggest flop in Teju's career but still it was able to collect Rs. 2 crores share on the first day. 'Tej I Love You' collections couldn't surpass 'Intelligent' which shows the poor response to the film.
The theatrical rights of the film have been sold for Rs.16 crores. If the movie is unable to register better collections on Saturday and Sunday, the movie will surely head towards a failure. Trade pundits say that collecting Rs.16 crores is an uphill task for Tej now.
