Telangana Government Gives A Nod For Post Production Works

Due to the ongoing crisis, the film industry has been shut indefinitely. Film shootings, theatres and all other film-related works are suspended for the past 60 days and people who lead their lives depending on this have lost their source of income.
Almost all of the offices including the private offices are opened with the easing of the fourth phase lockdown. But the government didn't give any kind of relaxations to the film industry.
In the following suit, the prominent people in the TFI have gathered at Chiranjeevi's residence to discuss over resuming the film industry.
Telangana Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has also attended this meeting. The bigwigs of the TFI has discussed the problems they face during this lockdown and urged the Minister to take a call on permitting for limited crew shootings.
Talasani said he would talk to the chief minister about easing restrictions. However, the minister has permitted for the post-production works. This decision of government gave some sigh of relief to many people in the industry.
