Telugu audience mindset changed after Covid?

The movie-goers are willing to step out to watch new releases in theatres only if they believe the film truly deserves a big screen experience. The fact that they have lapped up bug ticket projects like Pushpa, Akhanda, and RRR proves the same.
On the other hand, films that don't get a unanimous positive word of mouth and don't create an impression that they deserve a big screen experience are being sidelined by the common public. For instance we have Bheemla Nayak. The film garnered an okayish response from the audience.
But the thing is that the film did not create an impression that it does require a big screen experience. So, despite the strong start at the box office, the film fizzled out later and ended up as a below par venture for the distributors.
Meanwhile, films like Radhe Shyam and Ghani which have failed to get a unanimously positive response from the audience and could not even pull the audience to the theatres in big numbers right from the first day. These films have ended up as huge box office disasters.
Radhe Shyam could not even recover 60% of the investments and as for Ghani, the film is ending up as a huge loss venture as well.
