Telugu Audience Too Welcoming To Other Heroes!
By: Tupaki Desk | 15 Jun 2020 10:02 AM ISTThe Telugu audience have a very big heart. They welcome good content from everywhere whether it is Tamil or Hindi or even Malayalam. Many heroes from other regions dubbed their films in Telugu and made good money. Some of them even gained huge stardom here.
It all started from Rajnikanth and Kamal Hassan. They received huge stardom here and there were times our heroes backed away because of Rajni and Kamal films. That kind of stardom was once again given to Suriya in Telugu. Apart from them, many other heroes like Karthi, Jeeva, Ajith, Vishal, Dulquer Salman and Arya scored hits in Telugu. Now, Tamil star hero Vijay is trying to gain stardom in the Telugu states. His last three films 'Adirindi', 'Sarkar' and 'Bigil' did reasonably well here and his team is doing all it can to increase his market in Tollywood.
But not everyone is as welcoming as our audience. Have you ever seen our star heroes getting a good market in Tamil Nadu? Leaving behind 'Baahubali', not one Telugu dubbed film ran successfully in Kollywood. Leave alone the audience, there is a talk that the promotion manager in Chennai too completely ignore our stars. Recently, Vijay's fans in Telugu made a special poster and announced it as a common DP which surprised many. Looking at this, some big personalities are saying that the chamber needs to look into these matters rather than trying to settle their internal wars all the time.
