This week is the last week before the major summer blockbuster movie season starts in Telugu Cinema. From this week, major colleges and schools would be announcing summer holidays and this is the time for Entertainment industry to thrive.
While there is no doubt that Rangasthalam is the most awaited and looked upon as real huge blockbuster potential film to kick start Summer season, there are some interesting films this weekend too.
Nandamuri Kalyanram is coming with Manchi Lakshnalunna Abbayi, MLA, on 23rd March. This is the first big budget movie with huge starcast.
Big budget in the sense the movie has a 25 crores rate card attached to it and distributors and exhibitors are hoping for the film to kick-start positive momentum for Rangasthalam to have a grand opening.
Another one coming out this week is Sree Vishnu's Needi Naadi Okate Kadha. The movie is an interesting film out of all and it is expected to give Sree Vishnu, a new lease of life.
Rajaratham, a Kannada-Telugu bilingual with Rana Daggubati as a bus. The movie is releasing in Kannada and Telugu Cinemas this weekend but as Tamil Producers are in strike, it is not releasing this weekend there.
The movie is made by Anup Bandari who made RangiTaranga, highly successful film in Kannada. In the movie, Arya is also playing an important role. The promotions for this film are interesting and buzz is slowly improving.
Also, Anaganaga Oka Oorilo, Anandam and Marla Puli are coming out this weekend. Marla Puli is an old film of Varun Sandesh, that is finally releasing now.
Anandam is a Malayalam dubbed film with Nivin Pauly in a guest role. Anaganaga oka Oorilo is a movie directed by K.V. Sai Krishna and trailer is launched by Sukumar.
