Telugu Director Gets A Standing Ovation In Mumbai!

He is the one who blew away their minds with visual extravaganzas like the 'Baahubali' franchise and 'RRR'. But we are not talking about those films. We are speaking about a young filmmaker who touched the emotional chords of every viewer.
He is none other than Gautham Thinnanuri. As we know, he made a masterpiece like 'Jersey' with Natural Star Nani in Telugu. The film was a super success and Gautham was praised immensely for his talent both as a writer and director. Sithara Entertainments produced this film back in 2018 and Nani delivered an outstanding performance.
Now, he went to Bollywood and remade his 'Jersey' with Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur as the lead actors. This film was postponed several times before finally hitting the screens on 22nd April. The makers took a risk by releasing 'Jersey' at a time when 'KGF – 2' is still ruling the box office. A lot of Bollywood celebrities are heavily praising Shahid and Gautham's work.
