Telugu Dubbed Tamil Hit Film Registers Decent TRP

Tamil film 'Psycho', which was released on January 24, had impressed the audience and won the hearts for its riveting story and actors brilliant performances. The film stars Udhayanidhi Stalin, Aditi Rao Hydari, Nithya Menen, Ram and Shaji Chen. Directed by Mysskin, the psychological thriller film ended up as a decent earner at the box office.
Although it has been tagged as the most violent film ever made in India, the film won audience hearts and collected ₹2.25 crore at the Tamil Nadu Box office on the first day itself.
Popular entertainment channel Star Maa has acquired the Telugu dubbing rights of the film and aired it last week. During its first-ever premiere, the film has registered a decent TRP's. Reports revealed Psycho got 5.89 TRP.
Veteran composer Ilayaraaja gave the music while Tanvir Mir handled the lens. The film was produced by Arun Mozhi Manickam under Double Meaning Production.
