Young story writers and directors are looking out for producers everywhere. Some just make promises, some start and then cancel and only few proceed to make a movie.
They need a big production house to back them and help them learn at the same time.
But big production houses have been looking at stars who are reducing their work to one film per year or two years. Hence, it has become difficult for new talent to believe that they can make a movie.
Slowly such days are changing. Suresh Productions has been producing less movies but backing new films that have good concept.
Dil Raju has been following the rule of producing movies with young directors and technicians from years.
Now, Geetha Arts also started doing so. They are planning to produce three films every year and they will be introducing new directors too.
As they have good banner value and distribution system in place, they can afford to take a small budget to next level if it gets good talk.
A medium budget movie like Geetha Govindam with hype and craze adding to positive talk made a huge profit for them and this helped Allu Aravind to execute his plans fast, it seems. Good days are awaiting for Telugu Film Industry, we can hope.
