Can 'Telugu' Heroines learn from others?

In our Telugu Cinema Industry, many producers and directors are accused for bringing talented actresses from other languages while ignoring local talent. Well, producers have many complaints about them too.
They are saying that the other language beauties have some sense of punctuality and sense to work hard as well. They are learning the language, putting extra effort to understand and also do not have objections to promote the movie and wear the outfits given to them. On the other had, Telugu heroines feel shy to talk in Telugu and they speak in English even while promoting. After that they have hundreds of demands about the costumes and it is highly undue to adhere to all their demands.
Producers claim that Telugu heroines try to talk to designers as if they know everything, they don't respect punctuality and even when directors try to explain scenes they don't show much interest. They are saying when Samantha, Rakul Preet, Shruthi, Tamannah and Anushka can try to speak our language at least in promotions why can't a Telugu born woman be proud of her language. With all those demands and attitude issues producers are unable to trust any Telugu born actress. Well, please Wake up and save the Telugu kin in our Telugu Industry, please!
