Kangana Ranaut who bagged another national award for 'Manikarnika' recently is back with another magnum opus which showcases the life of an extraordinary woman. Titled as 'Thalaivi', this is the biopic of late Jayalalitha, a superstar who turned into a legendary politician.
The trailer of the film came out recently and looks fantastic. It clearly showcases the rise of Jayalalitha as a star, her relationship with MGR, her entry into politics, the hurdles she faced and the milestones she achieved. It presented us with the major events that happened in Jayalalitha's life.
Kangana once again delivers a stunning performance and did a lot of hard work for this film. Aravind Swamy played the role of MGR while Samuthirakani and others did important roles. It has powerful and politically loaded dialogues and rich technical quality. Vijayendra Prasad's writing is going to be a huge asset for this film while AL Vijay seems to have made a successful biopic filled with drama. GV Prakash's background score brings in a lot of depth and this film is all set to release on April 23rd.
On the whole, Kangana completely dominated the trailer and it is expected from her. She did a wonderful job looking at the trailer and we need to see how the film shaped up.
