In Tollywood, we often see directors importing villains from the north and paying them heavily. Recently, veteran Southern stars are turning into antagonists and getting huge remunerations. But talented Tamil hero Vijay Sethupathi surpassed everyone and became the costliest villain Tollywood has ever hired.
It is known that Sukumar is trying to rope in Vijay Sethupathi as a villain for his upcoming film with Allu Arjun. His character is expected to hold a lot of significance in the film and the actor is reportedly impressed with the script. As per grapevine, the 'Naanum Rowdy Thaan' actor demanded a whopping fee of 6 crores to act in the film. Sources claim that the makers have agreed to his terms and he will be dedicating 40 working days for the film.
The shooting of this film starts in December and Sethupathi will join the team next year. Mythri Movie Makers are bankrolling this crazy project while Rashmika Mandanna will be seen as the love interest of Bunny in this film. The music will be composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
