The 'English Title' Curse Falling On Sudheer Babu's Next!

The film industry is a place filled with creative people with loads of talent. Yet, the same people rely on sentiments and superstitions rather than their own caliber. Starting from big heroes to light man, everyone has their set of superstitions and sentiments. One such belief in recent times is about having English titles for Telugu films.
This is proving to be unlucky for many films these days. We have Naga Chaitanya scoring a flop with 'Thank You' after getting three hits in a row. His dad's 'The Ghost' ended up as a disaster and 'Godfather' is yet to recover its investment despite getting positive talk. Ram's prestigious project 'The Warriorr' ended up as a big failure too. The results of these films cemented this belief in everyone's minds.
Now, Sudheer Babu is arriving with 'Hunt'. Though the teaser is impressive, people are worrying about the 'English Curse'. Apart from that, a new controversy kickstarted regarding the title 'Hunt'. Nikshit who is a young actor and director came out in front of the media and stated that it was him who registered this title but the makers of Sudheer Babu's film took it away without permission.
He said that a report has been filed at the Film Chamber already but Bhavya Creations who are bankrolling Sudheer Babu's 'Hunt' are not listening to him. He states that usage of his title will bring heavy losses to his own film. We need to wait and see how things turn out in the coming days.
The cast of 'Hunt' involves Sudheer, Srikanth, Manjula, Bharath Niwas and others. Produced by V Anand Prasad under Bhavya Creations banner, Mahesh Surapaneni directed this film. Tamil composer Ghibran who is known for his work in 'Run Raja Run' and 'Jil' has composed the music while Arul Vincent is the cinematographer. Prawin Pudi is the editor while Vivek Annamalai is the art director. This is Sudheer's 16th film and the release date is expected to come out soon.
