It is already one week into July and 'Pakka Commercial' which arrived with all the positive vibes failed to live up to its expectations. Lavanya Tripathi's 'Happy Birthday' has arrived this weekend but the booking are quite dull for this small and new concept film. Now, the entire fate of July depends on three mid-level heroes.
The first to arrive is Ram Pothineni with his bilingual project 'The Warriorr'. It is the biggest film in his career till date and the songs have already become good hits. The trailer looked impressive too and pundits are expecting the film to get good collections even with an average talk. But it is director Lingusamy's track record that is worrying everyone. He last couple of films like 'Sikander' and 'Pandem Kodi 2' were big failures. Krithi Shetty is the heroine. Aadi Pinisetty is the villain while Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad composed the music. Sujith Vassudev is the cinematographer while Navin Nooli is the editor. Srinivasaa Chitturi is the film's producer. Ram will be seen as a police officer for the first time in his career. The movie is hitting the screens on 14th July and let us see what happens.
The next in line is Naga Chaitanya's 'Thank You'. The Akkineni hero is on a roll lately with successive hits like 'Bangarraju', 'Love Story', 'Venky Mama' and 'Majili'. 'Thank You' has a good buzz due to its songs and teaser. The movie is going to explore the ups and downs the lead character went through in his journey. Raashi Khanna, Malavika Nair and Avika Gor are the heroines in this film while Sai Sushanth Reddy plays a vital role. The story of 'Thank You' has been given by BVS Ravi while Thaman composed the music. PC Sreeram is the director of photography while Naga Chaitanya will be seen in different looks throughout the course of this film. It is a class film from Dil Raju's banner and we need to see how it turns out on 22nd July.
The last in the list is Ravi Teja's 'Ramarao On Duty'. The script selection of Mass Maharaj is not that great in recent times and this movie has been postponed several times. Directed by debutant Sharat Mandava, this interesting project raised a decent buzz with its three songs and teaser. Rajisha Vijayan and Divyansha Koushil are the female leads in this project while Nasser, Sr Naresh, Pavitra Lokesh, 'Sarpatta' John Vijay, Chaitanya Krishna, Tanikella Bharani, Rahul Rama Krishna, Eerojullo Sree, Madhu Sudan Rao, Surekha Vani and others play key roles. Sam CS composed the music for this film while Sathyan Sooryan is the director of photography. Praveen KL is the editor and this story is written from true incidents. Venu Thottempudi plays a key role and Ravi Teja will be seen as a Deputy Collector Mandal Revenue Officer in his 68th film. It is coming out on 29th July.
