The Real Story Behind Upasana Konidela's Tweet Against Modi

Remember Upasana Konidela's tweet over non-inclusion of South Indian film stars in the event organised by Bollywood biggies with Prime Minister Modi? She created quite a flutter with the tweet and got support from various quarters, including DMK leader-actress Khushbu.
But, it now emerges that there were nine South Indians in the group of film personalities who met Modi. Ace Telugu producer Dil Raju, close relative of yesteryear music director Saluri Rajeshwar Rao Vasu Rao and others were very much present and Dil Raju was in the first row when the selfie was taken with the Prime Minister. The fact is the meeting was organised at the instance of director Rajkumar Hirani. Sometime ago, he tweeted to Modi saying he has made a short film to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and wanted Modi to release it. Modi readily agreed and invited them to his home in Delhi. So, starting from the guest list, everything was fixed by Hirani himself. Dil Raju is making the Telugu version of the film and was hence invited to it.
So, why was Upasana Konidela upset? The real reason, if sources are to be believed, is that Prime Minister Modi did not give time to Chiranjeevi to show his latest flick Syeraa. Chiru somehow managed to show the movie to Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu, but could not secure an appointment with Modi. Hence the anger, say folks. Well! Upasana herself should clarify if this is real!!
