Looking at the way Award Ceremonies have been organized these days, People began questioning what's the actual purpose behind holding such events. Are they meant for glorifying Stardom? Does they organizing bother only about Sponsors & TRPs in the name of appreciating finest talents?
Particularly, The winners list of TSR-TV9 Awards for the years 2015 and 2016 has become a butt of jokes. People already began making fun of the several new categories which were created only to ensure that as many stars as possible attend the event.
Can someone explain what's the difference between Best Actor & Best Hero - Best Actress & Best Heroine? While Balayya is being chosen as Best Hero (Dictator) for 2016, Nagarjuna has been picked up as Best Actor (Soggade Chinni Nayana) for the same year.
Rakul was named Best Actress for Year 2015. Guess, For which films? It's Bruce Lee & Pandaga Chesko!
Sonal Chauhan & Urvashi Rautela have been declared as Best Promising Actresses (Hindi). Seriously?
Lakshmi Manchu bags Best Actress (Jury Award) for 'Dongata'. It's really surprising to know that Jury Members haven't found anyone better than her.
