There's Humor To Agent's Character: Akhil

Akhil Akkineni will be seen as a Spy in his next outing Agent coming to theatres on April 28th. Directed by Surender Reddy, the movie will see Akhil in a never-seen-before freakish character.
Akhil sports six packs abs and he accomplished a bulky physique. The actor says it was the hard work of 10 months. "I thought I could get the body in 4 months. Since the character needed extreme transformation, it took 10 months."
For Akhil Agent is a very special movie. "Agent is not a hero-centric movie. It’s an intense drama between three characters. Mammootty's character came out well. He brought more strength to the character with his powerful portrayal."
The actor says they have done a lot of work to make it appeal to the mass audience. "A separate comedy track disturbs the flow. That's why we have made there’s humor to the character of the protagonist. It will be very interesting. He brings humor even in serious action scenes. It worked out because of the wildness of the character."
