Unlock 5.0: These States Came Forward To Reopen Theaters!

Under the guidelines of Unlock 5.0, the Ministry of Home Affairs permitted the cinema halls and theaters to resume its operations from October 15. However, this applies to outside containment zones only.
However, not all the states are in favour of resuming the theater operations. Other than Telugu states, some limited states came forward to permit the theaters to resume its operations.
According to some media reports, states likes Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and Gujarat wanted to reopen the theaters.
Reportedly, a majority of theater owners have problems in reopening the theaters by Obeying the rules of restrictions which state only 50 percent of occupancy will be allowed. The owners cannot increase the ticket fair too.
The cinema halls and theaters across the nation have been closed for around seven months since a nationwide lockdown was imposed in the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak.
