Sharrath Marar is more popular as the close friend of Pawan Kalyan. From Johnny to Sardaar Gobbar Singh, He was associated with few films of PK at different capacities. While Sharrath Marar was the executive producer for Johnny, He co-produced 'Gopala Gopala' & 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' in partnership with Suresh Productions & Eros Internationals. Gopala Gopala managed to be a average grosser, but Sardaar bombed at the Box Office. If the buzz is to be believed there is pressure on Pawan Kalyan to compensate close to Rs 40 crore to the Distributors & Exhibitors of the movie.
Sources say, Pawan Kalyan and Sharrath Marar are teaming up for the third time. This time, They are making a safe bet by roping Trivikram Srinivas as the Director.
Apparently, Mythri Movies committed to producer Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram's project. However, Both the A-Listers returned the advance amount to the production house after 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' release. If everything falls in place, Pawan Kalyan Creative Works & North Star Entertainment will jointly produce the venture. Will Sharrath Marar scores a hit at least in the third attempt.
