It is without a doubt that Sid Sriram is the most happening singer in Tollywood right now. He has a huge fan following and his voice is loved by millions. Sid was introduced by AR Rahman who gave him memorable songs like 'Nuvvunte Naa Jathagaa' and 'Vellipomake'. He sang a lot of songs for the Oscar-winning composer before becoming a sensation in Tollywood.

It all started with 'Inkem Inkem Kaavale' which broke many records a few years back. He went on to sing one chartbuster after another like 'Samajavaragamana', 'Maate Vinadhuga', 'Emo Emo', 'Kadalalle', 'Undiporaade' and many others. He is the go-to option for all the music directors now whether it is a sad song or a love song. His unique voice and his grip over the vocals is what made him special.

But there is one complaint on him all time. The popular singer does not get it right with the pronunciations of Telugu words every time. Right from the beginning of his career, a lot of music lovers and Telugu admirers had this complaint against him. He recently sang 'Kalaavathi' in 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata'. This sung from Mahesh's film has surely become a hit and even crossed the views of 'Oo Antava' lyrical song from 'Pushpa'.

As usual, Thaman gave a superb tune and Sid Sriram's voice was brilliant. But there were a lot of complaints against him with respect to the pronunciation once again. Music lovers are getting a feeling that Sid Sriram is being overused and his unique voice is slowly losing its magic.

The song's lyricist Ananth Siramcrooned for 'Kalaavathi' song during an interview and his way of singing and speaking was loved by each and every one. Some are even saying that Ananth Sriram should be given the opportunity next time as he is way better than Sid Sriram.

A few years back, popular Hindi singer Udit Narayan sang many songs in Telugu. Mani Sharma gave him a lot of songs and they turned out to be highly successful. The senior singer was also criticized for his way of pronouncing Telugu words. He faded away gradually and many claim that Sid Sriram will go through the motions. Let us wait and see what happens in the coming days.
