Big Weekend For Small/Medium Budget Films

July 20 and 21st, are important dates for few young and new filmmakers who have high hopes from themselves and their films for a long career. 12th July, proved to be a remarkable date for RX100 unit.
The movie after a dry spell in early monsoon, came as a good relief for distibutors and audiences.
Now, this weekend has four films fighting for their cast and crew careers. The main one will be Lover, movie starring Raj Tharun directed by Annish Krishna. This is a make or break film for Raj and if this fails too, he may find it difficult to convince himself and get motivated enough to do another film in quick time.
After this film, next in the line will be Manchu Lakshmi's W/O Ram. With Bigg Boss fame Kaushal and popular comedian Priyadarshe among the mix, the movie is garnering good buzz and the team is confident that the different theme will work in favour of the film.
Coming to Aatagadara Siva, the movie is a Kannada remake and it has an interesting point with an executioner and prisoner becoming friends and developing a bond.
The final film that is releasing this weekend is Parichayam. It is being promoted as a pure love story and it's director also made a comment that in their film they don't portray love which shows people removing clothes, rather it is a pure love story for all families. Let's see, which of these or if all of these will have legs to collect revenues to their producers.
