After 'Atharintiki Daredi', Piracy of Malayalam superhit 'Premam' created a sensation down South.

The Anti-Piracy Cell of Kerala state police arrested three Censor Board employees (Arun Kumar, Nidhin and Kumaran) for alleged involvement in the piracy of 'Premam'. Reportedly, All the three of them were expelled from the Censor Board one-and-a-half months ago.

Upon noticing the water-mark censor copy on the piracy print, Cops suspected the role of Censor Board Members. During the investigation, It came to limelight that few members of the Board used to take out copies of films submitted for Censor certificate.

Earlier, Three teenagers aged between 15 to 19 have been arrested on charges of piracy. One of the accused uploaded the copy of Premam on a video sharing site within 4 days after the release, paving way for thousands of downloads. Anti-Piracy Cell Sleuths found that the leaked copy of Premam was originated from Censor Board.
