Tollywood singer Jai Srinivas, who shot to fame with Desham Manadi Tejam Manadhi song from Teja directorial Jai, breathed his last on Friday due to the novel Coronavirus.
According to the media reports, the underrated singer, who has been undergoing treatment at a private hospital breathed his life due to low oxygen levels.
The singer had a career of over two decades and song several hit songs. But the song in Jai gave him the big break. Apart from film songs, Jai Srinivas also sang a few private albums.
Neredukomma Srinivas became popular as Jai Srinivas and sang more than 200 songs, include Ongole Gitta, Jenda Pai Kaipraju, and others.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao mourned the death of the singer and conveyed his condolences to the family members of the deceased singer.
