Tollywood Targets Pan India

The new age stalwart of Tollywood, Prabhas has no competition from his contemporaries in attaining Pan India status.All the down south actors especially the Telugu actors are said to be trying hard towards a Pan Indian image as they have decided that they too can attain the charisma of Rebel Star Prabhas if the content is universal. The latest to join the list is Allu Arjun who is desperate to become a Pan India star with Sukumar's Pushpa.
Rebel Star Prabhas has gained die-hard fans in North India with Bahubali Franchise directed by the ace director SS Rajamouli. The film became the first one in India to cross 1000 Crore Mark. Prabhas has been extra conscious to work on the newly gained image of a Pan Indian star and thus is doing only big budget films on subjects that suit India as one. Regional Cinema is a forgotten chapter for Prabhas.
Prabhas last released movie 'Saaho' has minted good money in the Hindi belt of Rajasthan and Punjab and Mumbai while it was a normal affair down south such would be the advantage of a Pan Indian star as somehow your movie gets returns!
Actors like Ram Charan and Jr NTR who are doing RRR in Rajamouli's direction are also thinking of Pan India identity and have announced regional films have that capability with great story tellers down south.
The producers like Allu Aravind and Dil Raju are also venturing into Bollywood with Jersey remake with Shahid Kapoor and are ambitious to hit the jackpot at the national level.
