Tollywood Writer bags Filmfare Award

Bajrangi Bhaijaan' will always remain as one of the greatest films ever made in India for the concept, box office success & critical acclaim it received. The major credit behind the success of this Salman Khan starrer goes to Tollywood writer Vijayendra Prasad. The veteran is now receiving his due recognition now.
61st Britannia Filmfare Awards 2015 took place the other day in a grand manner in Mumbai. The only award 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' could bag is 'Best Story' provided by Vijayendra Prasad.
Some of the best films like Piku, Titli, Shamitabh and Bajirao Mastani were also nominated for Best Story Award. But, It was 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' which managed to win the honour. An Indian who is devotee of Hanuman fights all the odds to unite a dumb Pakistani Girl with her family in the rival Nation. The manner in which a sensitive subject was presented moved millions of people emotionally. So, 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' deserves the award!
