The actor who became a common man's hero by floating a political party (Jana Sena) against the wishes of his brother Chiranjeevi and spoke out his heart at the launch meeting held in Hyderabad is one politician who's every single step has been closely watched by the people. In fact, Pawan is the only celebrity who stayed away from contesting polls in the Top 10 list.
