Popular actor-director Mahesh Manjrekar who is mainly known for his comedy villain's role in 'Adhurs' has done many films in Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil and other languages. The senior artist's daughter Saiee Manjrekar made her debut in films last year with Salman Khan's 'Dabangg 3' where she played the love interest of young Chulbul Pandey.
The 22-year-old girl's name is being heard a lot among Tollywood casting circles these days. Saiee is currently working on Adivi Sesh's 'Major' which is based on '26/11' Mumbai attacks. She is also the female lead in Varun Tej's film. Apart from being a part in these two movies, her name is being attached to some crazy projects.
According to reports, she is being considered for the heroine's role in Allu Arjun-Koratala Siva's film which will start next year. There are rumors that she is going to be heroine in Surender Reddy's upcoming film with Pawan Kalyan. If either of 'Major' or Varun Tej's film becomes a success, she is sure to become a crazy heroine in Telugu and if the rumors of pairing up with Allu Arjun and Pawan Kalyan end up being true, she may end up directly in the top league within a short time. Looks like there is a new girl in the block!
