Tamil Rockers is familiar to all those who download pirated movies from websites. On many occasions, This piracy website leaked feature films on the release day itself by throwing an open challenge. Something like this happened in the case of 'Singham 3' as well.
Tirupur Subramaniam, a Coimbatore-based Distributor, disclosed how Tamil Rockers is able to get access to the film content. 'Producer sells Overseas Rights of his/her Movie to a Buyer from some country which doesn't even feature on the World Map. Tamil Rockers Team gets in touch with such Distributors to obtain original content and release it by First Day evening,' he told.
After the Producers Council Elections, Vishal who was elected as President waged a war against Tamil Rockers. He pledged that his main focus would on how Tamil Rockers can be shut down permanently.
