Why Trisha is missing from Nayaki promotions?

These days, Lead Actors are refusing to promote the films if they have any sort of differences with the Makers. We have seen that happen in the case Sharwanand & Nithya Menon for 'Rajadhi Raja' and Rashmi Gautam 'Antham'. Now, Trisha starrer 'Nayaki' is making headlines for similar reasons.
'Nayaki', one of the much-awaited horror films, is scheduled to release Tomorrow (July 14th). Unfortunately, Trisha is missing from the promotional campaign for undisclosed reasons and this development is hurting the project now. If the lead actor doesn't promote the movie, How can anyone expect it to do well at the Box Office? Even the Openings were going to be affected in a big way.
Lot of speculations have been doing rounds regarding Trisha giving a miss to the promotions. But, Its too early to confirm any of these reports unless someone from the unit responds.
'Nayaki' is being directed by Govi. Raghu Kunche composed Music. Giridhar Mamidipally is the producer of this horror movie.
