Is Trivikram - Venky Film Shelved?

Trivikram Srinivas seems to have a knack to not just praise star heroes with his eloquent words but also to get into their good books some way or the other.
He wants to be a director who makes big films, we get that, but he seems to be star struck more than any other director.
Big directors of last generation did make films fast and with young heroes as well as stars. But this generation is not interested to do so.
Except for Puri Jagannath, no one tried to even remotely do films with fresh talent. Trivikram in last decade, directed Pawan or Mahesh alternatively.
After a disaster with Mahesh, he worked Allu Arjun, who is again a rising star. Then he alternated between Pawan, Arjun. For a change he directed Nithiin who is popular enough, even though not a star.
After a disaster with Pawan Kalyan, he again directed Jr. NTR, got a relief. Now, he has a chance to direct Allu Arjun and then Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Last year, his best friends Haarika and Hassine Creations did announce a movie with Venkatesh in his direction. That film seems to have been shelved completely. It is Venkatesh who gave him access to big stars as a writer, 18 years ago!
