If someone talks about the sensational films of Tollywood in 2017, 'Arjun Reddy' occupies the top slot without any debate. Right from the promos to the release, the movie became a permanent address for controversies. The movie turned out to be a cult hit despite all the hungama surrounding it.
'Arjun Reddy' recently premiered on the TV and we can say that it is roaring hit on the small screen with a 13.6 TRP. One may think that this is comparatively a small number but we should not forget the fact that 'Arjun Reddy' is one of the boldest Telugu films in the recent times. Moreover, the majority of the TV viewers consist of family audiences. Garnering this kind of TRP is undoubtedly a huge success for the film.
Though 'Arjun Reddy' registered wonderful TRPs, it has severely disappointed the fans because of the numerous cuts. It is interesting to note that the movie has registered better TRP than Sharwanand-Maruthi film 'Mahanubhavudu'.
