One of the principles of those observing Ayyappa Deekshas is to avoid staying in close proximity with women. Ram Charan, who observes Ayyappa Deeksha every year follows the noted rules in a dedicated manner.
Today, at the press meet event of Acharya that was held in Hyderabad, Ram Charan's dignity and the sanctity with which he follows Ayyappa Deeksha is clearly evident.
In the attached video, Pooja Hegde, who is presumably unaware of the Ayyappa Maala deeksha niyamams tries to embrace Ram Charan in a friendly manner. But Charan is quick to react and he stops her.
Charan is more than attentive and he tends to observe the Ayyappa Maal to the best of his powers and capabilities. The same is in full display in the said video related to Acharya event today.
Pooja Hegde plays Ram Charan's love interest in Acharya which is gearing up for theatrical release on the 29th of April. The film is directed by Koratala Siva and it has Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi in the lead roles.
