Upendra Reveals Reason For Not Signing Telugu Films

Sandalwood top star Upendra was last seen in Allu Arjun's Son of Satyamurthy film. After that film, he hasn't acted in any of the direct Telugu films.
When asked about this in the latest interview, Upendra revealed the reason for not signing any Telugu Projects.
Upendra said that he loved acting in Son of Satyamurthy as his character had a lot of prominence in the story.
So, he is waiting for the same kinds of scripts which has importance in the story. He wanted to make a comeback in Tollywood with a right script to show his mettle.
Upendra said that many filmmakers are approaching him for villain roles. He said that he is playing a crucial role in Boxer, though.
Apart from Telugu films, Upendra has a bunch of projects in the hand. His next film, Home Minister is in post-production stage and Ravichandra, Budhivanta 2, Kabja and another untitled film are under shooting stage.
