'Vaarasudu' Collections Not As Expected On The First Day!

After hits like 'Bigil', 'Mersal' and 'Beast' in the Telugu market, Thalapathy Vijay is looking to expand his market with 'Vaarasudu'. With Dil Raju being the producer and Vamsi Paidipally being the director, the movie got a huge number of theatres and there was a lot of buzz around the movie.
While it was released on the 11th in Tamil Nadu, the movie hit the screens in the Telugu states on the 14th of January. The talk has been quite average and many are claiming that they have seen a lot of scenes in numerous Telugu movies before. On its first day, the movie managed to get 3.3 crores in AP and Telangana.
The collections in the Nizam area were 1.40 crores while it got 60 lakhs from the Ceeded region which includes the collections on the 11th as well. The movie earned 42 lakhs from the Uttarandhra region and 36 lakhs from the East and West Godavari regions. The collections from Nellore are 13 lakhs while the money from Krishna and Guntur summed up to 37 lakhs. Let us wait and see how the fares by the end of the Sankranti holidays.
Vamshi Paidipally along with Hari and Ashishor Solomon wrote the story. Karthick Palani is taking care of the cinematography, wherein KL Praveen is the editor. Sri Harshith Reddy and Sri Hanshitha are the co-producers of the film. Sunil Babu & Vaishnavi Reddy are the production designers. Thaman is the music director while Rashmika Mandanna is the heroine in this flick. Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Shaam, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha and Samyuktha are the prominent cast of 'Varisu'.
