Vakeel Saab Targets This Festive Season

The makers of Pawan Kalyan's latest film, 'Vakeel Saab' have confirmed the release season of their film. According to the Tollywood News sources the makers are all set to release the film for next Sankranthi in 2021.
The reason is obvious, the Corona pandemic will have huge impact and thus shootings may begin from August at least but Theaters may not be opened anytime soon so the makers have planned to cash in the craze of Sankranthi season when all things become normal!
Earlier makers have struggled a lot to figure out a leading lady for Pawan Kalyan. They have tried actresses like Ileana, Pooja Hegde, Lavanya Tripathi and Shruti Haasan.
Recently the Director of the film Venu Sriram has confirmed the news that Shruthi Haasan is confirmed for the role of heroine in the film. He even lambasted the rumours that said the makers would delete heroine track in the film.
She has earlier acted in films like 'Gabbar Singh' and 'Katama Rayudu' with Pawan Kalyan.
'Vakeel Saab 'is the official remake of Bollywood hit film 'Pink'. In the original Amitabh Bachchan doesn't have a heroine and he acted his age. The Tollywood makers have added minor changes to the script to suit the sky-high commercial image of Pawan Kalyan.
'Vakeel Saab' stars Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya ('Mallesham' fame) starring in the pivotal roles. The film was scheduled to hit the screens on May 15 but the plans shattered due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the makers are now in search of a new release date!
