Akhil to team up with Star Director

Akhil Akkineni was launched by ace filmmaker VV Vinayak with 'Akhil - The Power of Jua'. However, The attempt was a big failure and makers realized the subject wasn't apt for launching a hero after receiving criticism.
As per insiders, Akhil isn't in a hurry to do his second movie and wants to wait till the right project comes his way. Currently, He is busy leading the Tollywood Warriors in CCL sixth edition which began Today.
Few days ago, There were reports of 'Soggade Chhinni Nayana' fame Kalyan Krishna directing Akhil's second movie. As per the latest buzz, Vamsi Paidipalli is the front runner to wield the megaphone for Akkineni Scion's next. A final call will be taken by Nagarjuna after the end of CCL 6.
Vamsi Paidipalli earned a good reputation with back-to-back hits 'Brundavanam' & 'Yevadu'. Even 'Oopiri' looks promising and he is one of the hotshot director in TFI.
