Vangaveeti Music Director blasts RGV

'Vangaveeti' is embroiled in more controversies post the release. Already, Vangaveeti Radha and Ranga Fans expressed displeasure over the portrayal of Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga as a rowdy sheeter in the movie. Even complaints were lodged with AP DGP & Human Rights Commission seeking removal of objectionable scenes.
Now, Music Director of 'Vangaveeti' Rajasekhar Bannala slammed Ram Gopal Varma for not mentioning his name in the title cards either as Composer or Singer of Title Song. 'I am die-hard fan of Ram Gopal Varma. Through Writer Sira Sri, I got introduced to RGV and worked for 'Killing Veerappan'. For 'Vangaveeti', I composed the title song and even sung it. RGV even sent a message to Me asking how I would like to have my name on the title cards. Then, I replied to him immediately. No where in the movie, I could see my name. My sincere request to Varma, Please remove the title song from 'Vangaveeti'. I neither need credit for composing/singing it nor any remuneration,' he said.
Mr.Bannala alleges RGV hasn't given him due credit even for 'Killing Veerappan'. He, however, didn't complain as it's a Kannada flick. But, He took 'Vangaveeti' as a prestige issue and hence didn't hesitate to breath fire at RGV.
