Veerappan Tried To kidnap Rajinikanth

Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma who is waiting for release of his Hindi Version 'Veerappan' have made a sensational revelation. The director speaking at an interview with Bollywood media house said that Veerappan once tried to kidnap superstar Rajinikanth.
RGV claimed that he got to know the information through sources close to the bandit with whom he met before making the film. Veerappan planned to Kidnap Rajinikanth in the same way he kidnapped Kannada superstar Rajkumar; Says RGV
RGV also tweeted "Veerappan used to think he is more famous than Rajnikanth and at one point he demanded a film to be made on him as a part of his Ransom."
Veerappan was written and directed by RGV and the film was based on the life of Indian bandit Veerappan, and the events leading to Operation Cocoon to capture or kill Veerappan. The film is slated to release worldwide on May 27, 2016.
