Venky movie's budget beyond limits?

From last couple of days, rumours are rife that Venkatesh has kept his film with Kishore Tirumala aside but working on Puri Jagan's project.
Latest update is that Venky has given go ahead for a massive investment on this film. As per reports, the makers are getting ready to put nearly 45 crores into the film, though Venky's market is below 30 crores for a hit film. Looking at Venky's graph and Puri's previous film Ism result, we hear that Suresh Babu has cautioned his younger brother.
More details of this project are yet to be announced however.
