Venkatesh knows Bangaram result in advance

"Babu Bangaram" has opened to mixed reviews and went on collecting nearly 15 crores share in the first weekend. The film has to collect 15 more crores to be pronounced as a hit movie or at least save distributors in that case.
However one wonders how Venky picked up a pale subject like Babu Bangaram when he heard the story. During his recent promotional interviews, Venky stated that he will know the fate of his films in advance only. In that case, he would have predicted the result of Babu Bangaram as well in advance. Isn't it?
What could Venky do even if he understood the result in advance? He has to film the shoot and then promote it, such that producer will be on the safer side. That's what he has done.
