Venky.. The Great Father..

Senior Hero Victory Venkatesh is well-known for doing the remakes of superhit movies from other languages in Tollywood. Venky gives equal importance to both direct movies and remake movies. Recently he was seen in the remake movie such as Gopala Gopala, Drushyam, Guru etc.

However, from the past few months he is planning his career carefully. He even rejected the projects he selected previously. Venkatesh is going to do a political movie under the direction of Teja. On the occasion of Venkatesh's birthday in December the movie team is going to start the shooting. As per the reports, he is planning to do a remake movie. Recently Venkatesh saw a Malayalam movie 'The Great father' in which Mammootty played the main lead. Venky was really impressed by the content and the way the movie was portrayed based on a social message.

Sources are claiming that Venky is interested to play Mammootty's role in the Telugu remake of the movie. As per the latest Buzz, they have already approached the original film makers for remake rights. The great Father movie became a blockbuster in Malayalam by grossing over Rs. 30 crores at the box office. The official details will be announced soon.
