On the occasion of Telugu New Year's eve, Ugadi, a lot of filmmakers are announcing their new movies and a few are releasing the first looks of their films. Yesterday, the makers of Venky Mama launched the title logo of the film and they came up with the first look of the movie today and it featured both the lead actors Naga Chaitanya and Venkatesh sharing a lighter moment.
Naga Chaitanya is Venkatesh's nephew and they are playing the same roles in the movie as well. The first look of Venky Mama undoubtedly took everyone to a big surprise. The first look poster has a village background. The fans and audiences are expecting a funny poster from the team but the film's director has completely taken everyone by a big surprise. Going by it, it seems that the film has a connection with astrology and runs in the backdrop of a village and a war drama.
This is the first time the two actors are coming together to work in a film. This much-delayed project was launched a few days back in Rajahmundry and the shoot is going on at a rapid pace. Directed by KS Ravindra, this film features Payal Rajput and Raashi Khanna in the heroine roles. It is being produced jointly by Suresh Productions, Kona Film Corporation, and Peoples Media Factory. It is slated to release in October during the festive season of Dussera.
