Veteran Actor Says He Consumed Drugs to Look Cool!

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is enjoying the phenomenal success of K.G.F Chapter 2. He went into the skin of Adheera's role in the Pan-India film. While Sanjay Dutt is currently known for his fun-loving nature, he had a big battle to have an image transformation. In his earlier days, Dutt was a drug addict and even underwent rehabilitation sessions to get rid of the habit. After the dark episode, Sanjay Dutt had a strong comeback in the industry as an actor.
In his recent interview with a popular channel, Sanjay Dutt walked down the memory lane and recalled how he was habituated toward drug abuse. The actor said that to look cool in front of girls, he started using drugs, and later it turned into a habit.
Sanjay Dutt said that, as he was a shy guy, he started consuming drugs to have a cool image and to get the confidence to speak to ladies. I thought taking drugs would make me look cool and I did that, he said.
When asked about how he had managed to come out of his habit, Sanjay Dutt said that he would thank the rehabilitation centers for helping him. He had mentioned how people used to see him as a drug addict even after undergoing rehab sessions.
To prove that I am not a drug addict anymore, I have started working on my body and brought my body into good shape. Even today, people talk highly about my body but they don't know what I underwent, Sanjay Dutt added.
