Video: Huma & Rajkumar Go Retro Mode For 'Monica O My Darling'

As a part of Netflix 'Tudum' event, the popular OTT platform unveiled the list of its upcoming films and series which is very exciting. Starting from Nayanthara's documentary to web series 'Rana Naidu', Netflix is going to enthrall us with a wide variety of content in the next few months.
One of those crazy projects is 'Monica O My Darling'. The first look poster came out long back and created a lot of hype and Vasan Bala who made 'Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota' is directing it. Starring top-notch actors like Rajkumar Rao, Huma Qureshi and Radhika Apte in the lead roles, the makers released a music video that has Huma rocking the dance floor in her retro avatar.
This neo-noir film is a crime drama which is filled with plotting, scheming, lust, betrayal, whodunnit, blood and blackmail. Releasing the song, the team said, "Ek Zindagi is a foot-thumping retro number that will have everyone ready to shake a leg. We wanted to give fans a sneak peek into the film with this cabaret number as a prelude of what is to come. Monica, O My Darling is a neo-noir film with a hugely talented cast starring Rajkummar Rao, Huma S.Qureshi, Radhika Apte and many others. Produced by Matchbox Shots and Directed by Vasan Bala, the film promises mystery, thrill and some fun that will leave audiences wanting more."
