AR Murugadoss and Vijay's third outing together 'Sarkar' indulged in a bunch of controversies before and after the release. But it seems like these controversies are now working big time for the movie success.
In fact, the Telugu version of the movie had a rough opening day with average collections and not-so-good talk. But the film is continuing to grab the audiences into the theatres only because of the controversies. In just four days, 'Sarkar' has collected over Rs 6 Cr in Telugu states. It just needs another 1 Cr share to reach the breakeven. So the Telugu distributors of the film can enjoy profits from next week itself.
