Bichagadu Hero Season Came To An End!

Vijay Antony achieved wonderful popularity with the success of 'Bichagadu' movie. It is rare to see a hero achieve this kind of following in Telugu even though he doesn't have star image in Tamil. But Vijay Antony couldn't utilise his popularity and fan following properly.
Four films released after 'Bichagadu' but all of them turned out to be box office duds. Though audience have some expectations on his films, his last film 'Indrasena' completely disappointed them. It is wiped out the confidence of the audience on Vijay Antony films. As a result, Vijay Antony lost his market in Telugu. Even Vijay appears to have understood the situation and he is hesitating to dub his new film 'Kaali' to Telugu.
If we take Vijay's last three films, Telugu version business was closed much earlier and they have carried out Telugu dubbing activities along with Tamil. They have promoted the films simultaneously. As nobody came forward to buy the rights of 'Kaali', they have promoted the film only in Tamil. They have launched the trailer recently. Even the trailer is full of Tamil nativity and it is confusing.
They might have thought that the movie would not work in Telugu and they are not talking about Telugu dubbing. It seems Vijay Antony's joyride has come to an end in Telugu.
