Did Vijay Devarakonda Not Like Ismart Shankar?

The rumours and gossips in Film Circles never end. If there is someone to lend a ear then there is someone to talk. The matter lies in whom we can believe and whom we don't.
Once upon a time, there was no hero in TFI who did not want to do a movie with Puri Jagannath. Even biggest of stars requested him to take up a film.
Now, Vijay Devarakonda is not ready to do a movie with him as per the reports. Several reports suggested that Puri went all the way to Kakinada to narrate a story to Vijay.
But then he announced a movie with Ram Pothineni, Ismart Shankar. Some say Vijay is offered same story and he did not like it.
Few others say, he did not want to risk and hence, he said No. They are giving NOTA, as an example for him being circumspect as he believed in the political film, so much that he took out dates from other commitments to complete the movie.
