Are NOTA Producers Too Greedy?

Some of the distributors and trade pundits are saying that the NOTA, Vijay Devarakonda's next film producers are turning out to be too greedy.
Vijay's movie Geetha Govindam turned out to be a huge blockbuster and collected 4 times the investment.
So, for Telugu rights the producers are asking almost 30 crores, it seems. Vijay's previous movies did not collect more 24 crores share and even though the previous hit will be a great help and his strategies to promote can create interest, it is a big gamble on him.
Even Nani, doesn't have such huge market even though he consistently delivered hits. Vijay is new age phenomenon but such rise and fall are common early in the career of a hero until he becomes consistent.
Also, NOTA is a political movie and not an universal movie like Geetha Govindam. So, the distributors are quoting 20 to 25 crores, which can also turn out to be a huge gamble.
