Vijay Wanted To Reject 'Geetha Govindam'

After playing the role of a surgeon who suffers from Anger Management issues in 'Arjun Reddy', young hero Vijay Devarakonda turned decent in his latest flick 'Geetha Govindam'. The movie is creating sensations at the box office and is garnering positive talk from the audience as well as critics.
In a recent interview, Vijay Devarakonda revealed a shocking fact that he initially wanted to reject 'Geetha Govindam' script. Vijay stated that when the director approached him to narrate the script he was already been busy with his back to back schedules and wanted to say no after listening to the script. The director narrated the script and interestingly, Vijay laughed at the same joke twice as he heard the script two times.
He added that the movie the script made him laugh hard which made him realize that there is something in the script and he finally said yes. Though it was his last minute decision, the movie is making surprising collections at the box office and ended up as a blockbuster.
